مسئوليات المريض

1.         الالتزام بأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية وأنظمة المستشفى.

2.         التعاون الكامل وإتباع تعليمات الفريق الطبي المعالج.

3.         احترام خصوصيات الآخرين و معتقدات الآخرين الدينية و الفكرية والمذهبية.

4.         معاملة جميع الموظفين والمرضى الآخرين والزوار بلباقة واحترام.

5.         تقديم معلومات كاملة عن حالته الصحية تشمل الأدوية، المكملات الغذائية وأي نوع من الحساسية.

6.         اتباع الخطة العلاجية الموصوفة عن طريق الفريق المعالج وتحمل المسئولية في حالة عدم الالتزام بخطة العلاج.

7.         الالتزام بسياسات واجراءات المستشفى مثل ( ساعات الدوام، عدم التدخين، عدم استعمال الوصلات الكهربائية والمحافظة على الممتلكات)

8.         الالتزام بالاستعمال الآمن لمرافق ومعدات المستشفى و المحافظة على ممتلكات المستشفى.

9.         الامتناع قطعياً عن التدخين داخل  المستشفى  أو ملحقاتها.

10.       الالتزام بالدفع الكامل للمطالبات المالية (ان وجدت).

11.       التوقيع على كافة النماذج التي تطلب منه المستشفى التوقيع عليها عند عمل أي إجراء طبي أو جراحي أو عند الخروج ضد تعليمات الطبيب المعالج.

12.       عدم احضار الأشياء الغالية والثمينة معه للمستشفى.

13.       على المريض توقيع اتفاقية لدفع تكاليف أي خدمات أضافية مقدمة خارج التغطية التأمينية له قبل البدء في تقديم الخدمة.

Patients’ Responsibilities

1.         Respect Kingdom & Al-Zahra General Hospital rules and regulations.

2.         Cooperate with the treatment team and follow their instructions.

3.         Respect the privacy, religious and comfort of other patients.

4.         Deal with Hospital staff, patients & visitors with courtesy and respect.

5.         Provide complete and accurate information about his/her health, including medications, dietary supplements, and any allergies.

6.         Follow the plan of care prescribed by his/her provider and hold the responsibility for refusing or not following the treatment plan.

7.         Be respectful to the hospital policies and procedures (e.g., visiting hours, no smoking policy, use of electrical appliances, and safety of belongings).

8.         Be responsible for the safe use of the hospital’s facilities and equipment as well as safe keeping of  hospital properties.

9.         Completely refrain from the smoking inside the hospital or its premises.

10.       Commitment to payment of any financial obligations (if any).

11.       Sign all documents or informed consents required by the Treating physician in-case of any medical /surgical procedure or DAMA.

12.       Avoid bringing valuable personal belongings to the hospital.

13.       The patient must sign an agreement for paying additional services, outside the scope of their insurance policy, before receiving the service.
